I have been renting my house with these guys for one year and found them very unorganised and unprofessional.
Property manager was ridiculous and not once has she done an inspection for the house to see if it was still in good condition. My house is trashed now due to the property manager not doing her job properly.
The tenants have never paid rent on time and are always 3/4 weeks late on paying and when you ask property manager to issue them with a vacate notice she just ignores and doesn’t pick up her phone.
To anyone who’s looking to rent their home if you want your home looking like a tip yard get in touch with these guys. I rented my house for 1 year with these guys and went through hell to get my rent money each month and now the tenant has left my house with a heap of rubbish that will cost thousands to remove and on top of that l he’s keeping a hold of my house keys and doesnt want to return them.

After our property was listed with another agent for 4 months with no success, Abdul was engaged to sell the property and did so within the first 10 days of listing it. We would recommend Abdul to anyone looking at selling in Glenroy & surrounds.
