    They have got lot of stuffs but there is zero value of customers, and too overrated that they don’t even care and respect the customers, no proper pricing mentioned and is unreasonably expensive , no welcoming attitude, a very disappointing experience indeed.

    I wish there was a option for zero rating. Used this Remittance for couple of times. Worst customer service I must say. On top of that, it takes few days atleast for the money to be transferred to Nepal. I sent the money via this remittance on Thursday evening. My family hasn't received it yet ( it is Sunday today) . Since it was urgent, i had to resend the money from another remittance called 'Legal Remit' and they delivered the money within minutes. I haven't heard from them yet about the progress or what is going on. This will be my last time I will be using this remittance. I highly suggest everyone to rethink twice before you choose this remittance.

    Zero Customer service with no sign of willingness to help what cusomer is looking for rather than telling them "uu tei cha hola hernus",reasonably reaching out for assistance is a basic. The funny part is they dont even understand who their primary customers are; i would recommed a complete mannerism classes before you guys operate a business.
