  We have worked with Alan a few times over the last five years. In all our dealings, Alan always maintains a high level of professionalism, has extensive knowledge of the market and is really helpful.

  I rented my apartment in Coburg through Lewis where I stayed for 3 years from January 2014.
  They have been very easy to deal with and have been very good with communication. The inspections are organised well in advance and have been quite flexible with the dates and times on them. All repairs were addressed promptly and fixed by very good trades personal.
  The people I have been in contact with is Anthony and Nicole who have both been brilliant. Even when I moved out, it was quite a seamless process.
  Would quite happily recommend them for any potential tenant or landlord.

  I was a first home buyer in 2021 and found attending all the auctions for houses I was interested in really disheartening when the sale prices were way beyond my budget. When I met Renata from Lewis at a house inspection, she was warm and honest and caring, which was such a change. I really liked their unique way of bidding and after the vendor accepted my bid she supported me through the whole process until settlement. It was great to receive regular check in calls as she knew I was new to the process. I couldn’t recommend her and Lewis Real Estate enough. Thank you for your care and such caring service.

  The Property Management Team at Lewis - Real Estate Coburg are by far the best team that we as renters have ever experienced.
  It is clear that the team put a lot of time, value and effort into fostering relationships with both landlords and tenants that promote positive outcomes for the two parties. From first meeting the team to now they have always been friendly and prompt in their communication and have continued to improve their systems and practices throughout our time with them to ensure that they are providing the most up to date and effective services for their customers.

  Daniel was very professional and was upfront with what needed to be dine with the property for a good sale.
  He kept me in the loop at all times of the contract all the way through to the sale.
