  I came out of my appointment yesterday feeling so low, I was in tears. Psychiatrist Dr Irina Kolesnikova was so so rude to me, at one point in our session, I mentioned that I tried to commit suicide again last week, her reply was "yes yes very good, lets hurry up, we are running over time". She asked me several questions and she had to keep asking the same ones over and over, and I gave her 5 or more of the same answers to the questions she was asking, she did not listen to me. I tried to tell her about why I was feeling the way I was but she ignored me and spoke over the top of me several times, meanwhile forgetting the answers she needed to the questions she was asking of me. Her manner was so terribly unprofessional, I felt like a piece of dirt, I felt as though I was burdening her with my information with regards to my suicide attempt. I have never met a psychiatrist that was as rude as Irina, I came out of the appointment in tears, and the receptionists left me crying, while trying to pay a $195 bill. I have just recently lost my job because of my mental illness and am now on government payments such as newstart. Don't get me wrong I am very grateful for the little that the government can provide to me, it's not much but it's better than nothing. I mentioned this to Irina and the receptionist and they demanded I pay the $195 up front, I left their office with my head hanging low as I couldn't afford to pay, and I had to make a plan to pay off the amount, I was made to feel very ashamed for it. Going from $668 a week to $ 505 a fortnight, is hard to budget for. I'm just so disappointed that they made me feel horrible about not being able to make the payment on the day and that I was treated with so much disrespect by Irina. I want to warn you all about this psychiatrist and the unprofessional manner in which I was treated, please steer clear of this lady and the practice, it's an absolutely horrible horrible place to go if you have a mental illness, you will come out feeling worse than when you went in. I am now seeing a wonderful psychiatrist Dr Robert Kruk, he is a really nice fellow and his professionalism is A1. He really listens to you and doesn't ask you the same question over and over. I highly recommend this gentleman. If you're having trouble paying, he is happy to try and work something else out with you. I thank god I stopped seeing that hideous woman, I wouldn't be here right now if it hadn't of been for Dr Robert Kruk, kind regards to you all Skyla.
