  Very friendly and helpful staff. Very professional in their dealings with me and I appreciate the time they took to explain things. They even called Ford on my behalf. Why the two stars you ask? They recommended an Injector and Upper Cylinder clean which I specifically asked to get Ford Australia's opinion (to see if it would or not be covered under warranty or if not doing it would void the warranty). The service staff took the time to call Ford and said Ford was going to call me. I was waiting for that call and I never explicitly gave permission for the service staff to do the work, but they did go ahead and cleaned it anyway. In fact they said they had already started the work on it.. $300 I did not want to spend unless Ford would have voided the warranty (which I found out, they wouldn't have).

  Went in for a service and came out with a paper for 5 grand worth of “urgent repairs” . Took the car to another experienced falcon mechanic and got quoted everything for half the price. 300$ for bonnet struts?! They better be gold plated.
